Marc E. Hirtler holds a degree in Economics 1984 of Albert-Ludwig-Universität in Freiburg and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School in Boston.

Since 1986 working in Private Wealth Management (PWM) for international banks, he was Head PWM of Bank Sal. Oppenheim Frankfurt 1999-2004, with Goldman Sachs Frankfurt 2004-2008 responsible for UHNW-clients, and equity partner in a family office in Zurich.

He structured and led complex wealth situations. He continuously concentrated on the asset class national and international real estate and turned muddled situations into working structures.

Since 2009 Marc is managing director and since 2019 also equity partner in a private real estate investment company, Opus One Real Estate GmbH in Frankfurt.

HIRTLER REAL ESTATE was set up in Freiburg in 2013. In 2020 the additional office in Frankfurt followed.

Marc is a member of the Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V.

Steffen A. Große-Ruyken holds diplomas in Banking, Deutsche Bank AG, and in Business Administration. After graduating Steffen worked in the USA with M&I Madison Capital and Valuation Group, Madison. Coming back to Germany in 1990 he worked in Financing and Private Banking for over 10 years with HypoVereinsbank and Credit Suisse.

Since 2003 he is Head Health Care of TRIAS Insurance Group, which he could buy-in in 2016. Since 2015 he is a director of HIRTLER REAL ESTATE and further to real estate responsible for market research and organization.

Steffen is a Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem.

Mirjam Allgaier studied Germanistik at the Universities in Basel and Wuppertal. She worked for the well-known law firm Dr. Hopfgarten and Partner in Wuppertal. Having taken gap years for her children and having a medical tradition within her family, she studied and earned the license as an alternative practitioner working in her own practice.

Through a common project Mirjam joined the team of HIRTLER REAL ESTATE in 2014 and is the creative part working in design and marketing.

Mirjam designs the Gerd Grimm Exhibition in our office.
